Furniture Inc., its agents, representatives, and financing partners make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the approval, terms, or outcome of any credit application or financing request submitted on my behalf. In the event that financing is not obtained, for any reason whatsoever, I agree that Furniture Inc. shall bear no legal responsibility or liability for the denial, delay, or terms of any financing decision made by third-party lenders or credit providers. I further understand that all financing decisions are made solely at the discretion of the third-party institutions, and Furniture Inc. acts only as a facilitator and not as a lender or credit issuer. I acknowledge and accept that Furniture Inc. shall not be held liable for any unsuccessful credit application or financing outcome I hereby authorize Furniture Inc. to use my submitted information for the purposes of credit assessment and financing facilitation. I understand that financing is not guaranteed, and I agree that Furniture Inc. is not legally responsible for any unsuccessful financing outcome or credit denial. This authorization includes, but is not limited to, the following actions: Verification of Identity and Creditworthiness The Company may contact third parties, including but not limited to financial institutions, credit bureaus, employers, and references, to verify the Information provided and to obtain additional data necessary to evaluate my creditworthiness. Disclosure to Third Parties The Company is hereby authorized to disclose the Information to third-party lenders, banks, credit providers, or financing partners for the purpose of assessing and facilitating a credit or financing arrangement on my behalf. Consent to Credit Checks I understand and acknowledge that this may include a “soft” or “hard” credit inquiry, and I hereby consent to such inquiries being made in accordance with applicable credit reporting and consumer protection laws. Limitation of Use The Information shall be used exclusively for the purpose of assessing and obtaining financing in connection with my application for credit with Furniture Inc., and shall not be sold, shared, or used for unrelated purposes without my express written consent, except as required by law.
